Can you explain why they gave you an xtra starch & fruit? Are you on maintenance or they are simply putting some variety in?
In my mind...I would put in a protein instead of a starch... but that's just me

Well, I went for WI last night... I lost what I had gained on Tuesday...
I'm at 219.8 (ok..I'm missing a big 0.2). I'm hoping to have a great week-end and to lose one to 2 pounds by Monday.
I had a goal from March... of getting at 216 by July 13... I won't be far but I don't think I can lose 3.8 in like 4 days...or maybe I'll be surprised...who knows... lol
