So far this week I've been doing really awful on the exercise. I haven't gotten anything in today (Tuesday) and only 60 minutes on Sunday and Monday combined. It's not that I don't WANT to exercise, because I do...it's just that I've had friends over quite often the last few days and they end up staying until 1 or 2am. I have to be at work at 8am-9am, so I can't exercise this late. I know it's just an excuse, and to be honest I could have probably gotten in 20 minutes if I hit the bike as soon as I walked in the door, but I didn't and I need to work on that. So now I need to be at work in 5.5 hours and I'm kicking myself for spending too much time with my friends. How odd

Well, I'm going to get some sleep and I'm making a commitment with myself to finish up this month with at least 500 more minutes of exercise. That's only like, 50 minutes a day...

I've just enjoyed my bowl of steel-cut oats and.....a cup of freshly ground coffee! Yum Yum. Wow...extra sleep and special coffee all in one morning....this pampering myself is kinda nice. Yesterday, after my hour on the treadmill, I worked out my upper body with the resistance bands. This morning, I'm feeling some muscles that I never knew I had. Today, I'll be using the bands to work out my lower body. I really hope I can move tomorrow!
). I'm kinda like Rhonda. I see what the results are and then examine what I did right and what I did wrong. For example, I had quite a bit of stuff going on at the end of last week (Thursday to Monday), and I didn't work out as much as I normally do. The scaled slowed down ... it was enogh to get me downstairs during the entire TBL show and get in 110 minutes of workout time. I do though only have 1 day where I log my weight ... that is today. I get up (hopefully workout as I usually workout in the morning - not on Wednesday though because of the night before and because I workout at night tonight while my DS is doing indoor soccer), hit the potty, then hop on the scale (in my B-Day suit with my fingers crossed) and then take a shower.
