    Actually, I'm a bit disappointed but not surprised. I haven't been as careful lately with cooking for example, too busy getting the kids ready for school. Today I will go shopping and stock up on yummy lo-cal things and hopefully we'll see another *whoosh*. I've also ordered a protein supplement. I've been feeling a bit weak lately, and since I'm vegi (and my entire family hates beans, the fools) I thought I'd try it and see if it helps. I've been exercising like a good girl. Okay, off to do squats
  • I'll be jumping in here if it's ok. I'm 41 and lost 70 pounds 2-3 years ago, but stress and deciding to homeschool my oldest have made my diet choices less than perfect which means I now need to relose almost 40 pounds. If I'm honest though, I will be happy just to relose 30. I was so much more comfortable at that weight. I'm back to planning meals and will be counting calories again and need a good place to log my weigh-ins. I'll start Friday

  • Thanks magicsusan! Now that school has started, the house is quieter with 2 fewer kiddos, but now I have to relearn sixth grade. Yay, stress, but at least I'm now smarter than a fifth grader!
