My weigh in today was 178.2, I'm a 40-something also.

I am hoping we can have one general "getting out of the 170's" thread, because I would love to have more support along this journey. I'm only 25 but I just hit 178.4 this morning.

Congrats to everyone working their way through these 170's together.

174.6 this morning after an unexplained jump up yesterday morning even though I have been totally on plan. Two steps forward and one step back is still progress, right?

Glad to have all the 170's in one place, even if our ages aren't all the same. The other 170's thread is in the 100 lb club and I don't fit into that category either.

Savemy I'll contact one of the moderators when we get to the 500 post to close them and I'll start a new one. One of my friends from when I first joined 3FC started one thread in 2011 and she hasn't posted since Jan '12. So the moderator will have to close it. This one was started in July '11 and the originator hasn't posted in over a year either.

So we can definitely make one thread

shr1ng1ngme when we create the new thread we can just place it under general weight loss support (I guess). I have posted in a 20-something thread before. Doesn't bother me . I think of us as one happy family of losers together and that's what counts

well 177.6 this morning 1lb down from yesterday. I feel a little better also. TOM isn't being so mean today

I think shr1nk1ngme made a new thread already - I am going to head on over there & hope everyone else does, too.

I agree that it seems like everyone is a happy family that works together to support one another - I just feel real awkward posting here when I'm only 25.. lol. Either way, the thread has to be closed soon anyways - so why not move on over to a new thread now?
