I totally feel this way about the 'earning'. It's awesome motivation for me!Originally Posted by AbbySinthe
It's been ridiculously accurate for me. I am losing 2 lbs a week. And on days that I don't feel like getting on my elliptical or going for a walk, I make sure I'm on my feet more while I'm home by cleaning, or doing laps around my house. I feel like now I have to EARN the calories I eat. Does that make sense? Because there's no fighting that graph at the end of the day. If I eat 2000 calories, I better have burned at least 2500.

Yes! This past week. I hit my deficit almost every day (had one night out on my birthday that I didn't count the calories) and I'm up 0.2 pounds. Oh well. I'm pretty sure it will even out in the long run.Originally Posted by Delphi
Has anyone hit a week or so where they didn't lose any weight and you KNOW that you have created 1000 calorie deficit everyday? It's been eight days, and I should have lost 3 pounds and this is with me subtracting 400-600 calories a day for the margin of error. I've been POP, so it just doesn't make sense.

I just put in my target of 8 hours sleep. It doesn't matter what times, just the final target number. Boy, has that been eye-opening!
