I guess my question (so I can answer some of the newbies who've been discussing it) is has anyone found a comparable potassium supplement and if so where?
Jordanna, I went over there this morning and responded for you. (I'm not an expert, but I did take some pharmacy classes in college.) Just so you know though, that IS about an alternate product. People DO ask about alternates. The fact that it keeps coming up on that thread is proof that many people on this diet want more information with which to make good choices -- choices that are right for them in their own diet process. When we offer that information, we are offering support. If division occurs when we offer that information, it is not those sharing information who are divisive. That division is caused by those intent on stifling the open sharing of information.
