  • I did two more miles on the treadmill....41 total.

Overall I'm pretty happy with where I am in mileage. I'm actually more worried about summer, because I'm going out of the country for six weeks and I'm worried about staying on track.
  • 6.6 miles for me. It's snowed about 20cm in the past 2 days so it was a hard run. I got no traction whatsoever and at times it got really frustrating, especially up hills. But it was still more enjoyable than the treadmill hahah
  • 2.5 miles on the indoor track for me. Waaayyyy too much ice out there to try it-even in Yak-traks. One would not call me "Grace." Everyone running out there is brave!!!

I am just over the target for January so I am pretty happy with that. I think Feb. will be especially short since I am going away for a week so I'll have to turn up the speed next week to get ahead.
  • 57/1000 Miles
  • 1 mile on the treadmill. I am looking forward to getting out in the mornings again and doing some real running (but only if it warms up around here...).
  • Here is a google doc to let you know if you are ahead or behind of the pace bunny! The 1000 mile goal is in purple but in the last row you can enter a custom goal if you would like. PLEASE only enter data in the orange cells otherwise the sheet will not work for everyone.

Many thanks to Jeff for the original sheet which I totally ripped off.
  • 39 miles run / 461 to go

    39/39 for January
  • 6.25 miles for me. I completed the 6 miles in 53:50! I can't believe about 2 months ago this took me about 66 minutes. I love the human body!
  • 71 Miles total so far. Haven't done any since Monday because of mid-terms and 4 night meetings at work. Want to try to get in lots of miles today. Not on target with my goal now.
  • I haven't been posting much but am still on track to run my 10K race in March. 4 miles yesterday, 3 today.

I also signed up for a half marathon in December in the Carribean!
  • I ran 11.01 miles this morning in prep for my half marathon next weekend...
  • 6.73 today to put me up over 200 for January. Not exactly how I envisioned it, but I'll take it. But if I dont start running soon 200 in february is going to be darn near impossible. It was going to be tough already but I dont have time to do 50 mile weeks at this pace.
  • 6 more for me, done today. I may also just factor in an additional 1 mile total I walked for my wednesday commute in snow and sleet.

    go go go!!
