Oh goodness, I'm the worst eater ever. I can't even say we had any real "meals" this week. I had a lot of South Beach TV dinners and Lean Cuisine pizzas, as well as Jamba Juice (but you can always make fruit smoothies with low fat or fat free frozen yogurt!)
I have scrambled egg beaters for breakfast every day.

I will take whatever I can get and not be frustrated as long as it's a loss. It's a marathon, not a sprint!
