I received my book and podemeter yesterday. They sent it first class priority mail. Wow!

I have the podemeter strapped on today. This one looks pretty good, it came with a strap to double attach it to something. All the other podemeters I've gotten just have the clip for you clothes, it always comes loose and I wind up dropping them on the floor several times before they eventually break after about a week.

Wow, what a fancy pedometer. I can't wait to use it. The book looks fun too! Thank you again! I've never won anything before and this was just the greatest gift.

Ah! I just noticed the book was signed! WAY COOL!

I love the pedometer. I can't accidently clear it when I'm working. I've always used the basic ones that just have a couple buttons and only track steps. The clear button was at a spot that everytime I would bend over it would hit my waistband and clear so I never really had a good idea of how many steps I'd taken. Got to the point that when ever I sat down I'd jot down the number just in case.

This one doesn't have that problem at all and it saves the steps from the last few days so you can compare easily.

I received my first Push DVD, watched a little last night while eating dinner. Looks doable. I'll start doing it tonight...Yes, definately tonight...no procrastinating for me....too bad they package motivation.
