I am stressed beyond belief tonight!!! But, i did not use food to cope!!! My kids and their friends and hubby even ordered out for dinner and i did not even touch it!!! So it has been 9 days now without a binge!!!

OK, I'm totally new to this CHICK forum (the only other on-line forum I've ever used was for "VW Lemons" yes, as in automobiles) and I am already inspired by your before and after photos - that's a helluva accomplishment! Congrats.

I'm here as a newcomer to CHICKS because I realized that something was terribly wrong last night when I found myself hiding my copy of "3 Fat Chicks on a diet" under the covers of my bed and AWAY from my boyfriend's prying eyes! It's ridiculous, but I've been binging so much lately that I feel like I'm on a serious path to self-destruction and my super-athletic boyfriend isn't helping matters when I see him frowning at my bowls of pasta. I feel a mix of shame and also a weird rebellious streak - food has always had "issues" for me, but now it's really becoming a nightmare.

So, Groucho and all the rest of you: what's your secret?? Please share in the key to unlocking this riddle.
