I decided to leave our coastal community for the day and go back to Sugar Hills. I should be back on the beach tomorrow.

Cottage~ I honestly think that men dont want to learn new tricks as us women learn anything, and the men count on that..LOL... you know how it goes... good for you on the apple cake not being tempting...I did well with the snacking as my funk mood,, I ate a lot of fruits.. perhaps to many,, but to many fruits, vs to much sweets.
