Hi Everyone!! I just joined this board today - but I've been working on losing since Oct last year (I started at 200).
Anyways, I have a mini goal of 15 lbs lost by the beginning of July - so when I saw your thread I thought, Yeaaah!!
I'm definitely losing the weight for ME, but it just so happens there is a special guy coming back to town in July... Of course, I want to knock his SOCKS OFF - and, more importantly, I want to extra degree of security and confidence that'll come with losing 15lbs...
I'm using what I learned on the South Beach (3 months, Oct - Dec), and then counting calories... Trying to stay between 1200 and 1700 calories per day. Also, I do Spinning 3 x's a week.
