    My plan goes something like this

    AM: oatmeal or oatbran with soymilk and some raisins
    Snack: a Kashi granola bar or some strawberries
    Lunch: Field greens with goat cheese and craisins or a sandwhich
    Snack: fruit or veggie
    Dinner: (mmmm, my favorite) we make stir frys with brown rice, wheat pasta, or some garlic chicken.
    Snack: Some light popcorn to accompany my favorite tv shows!
  • I am going with counting calories. Staying within 1200-1400 and eating whatever I want. Trying of course.....to pick healthy things but not being to restrictive because I love food!
