    Hopefully I can get back on track - I tried to drink alot of water while I was there - nothing but water and coffe the entire weekend!!!

    When I was on gold and staying strictly on program and NOT losing my counselor moved me to blue. It is exactly the same portionwise as gold with the addition of one starch and one half protein. I started losing the weight again and stayed on blue untile maintainence. SOmetimes that little extra just gets your metabolism going. I don't know if you go to the center or do it yourself. I usually just cruise to see what everyone is talking about so you might want to consult your counselor. This is what worked for me. Good Luck!
  • I think I will ask about going to blue (been on gold almost 12 weeks) --my loss is crawling when I am POP but then I have a cheat (vacation, anniversary dinner) and the scales finally move. Maybe just wishful thinking!!
  • Okay girls - it is official - I'm moving to Blueland.........Going strong and going to lose this weight!!!
    Weds. March 29, 2006 (I feel like I'm cramming in food everywhere I can fit it!!!) If anyone reads this and has a suggestion - please feel free to let me know - I know you would think it wouldn't be hard to add an extra starch, but when you are so used to just 2 - it gets difficult.......plus I want to keep it evened out throughout the day!!!
