  • Do you think you can get addicted to Fiber One? I'm really getting into it - I sprinkle it on yogurt or eat it dry - so crunchy. I have even sprinkled it on ice cream - what is happening to me? I love it (and it helps keep me regular). Only 60 cal's/half-cup serving. And only a little like sawdust.
  • Fiber one, huh? So is it like cereal or what? I have heard of it but never really seen it up close and personal.
  • It's very high-fiber cereal, looks a bit like rabbit pellets or something.
  • Turkey bacon. I make it in the micowave. I have a hard time eating my protein and this is quick and easy in the morning.
  • New one: It's Soy Delicious, Tiger Chai flavor
110 calories in a half cup, with a good bit of fiber and protein. I prefer it to the real stuff!

It's a box of twigs. Looks like twigs. Tastes like twigs.

Nasty stuff. But to each his own, some people love it. I look at someone eating Fiber One the same way a person who hates seafood would look at me while I'm sitting there chowing down on smoked oysters, lol.
  • My favorite is Crystal Light, for when I get tired of plain water.
Then I also have my egg beaters

Do you use the on-the-go packs? Those are pretty decent. I like the lemonade and the raspberry ice.

Now all we have to do is get Koolaid to make single-serves of their sugar-free stuff as well. I love grape koolaid.

Is that a soy "yogurt" or something else? I love chai flavored things and will look for it.
  • Well, i guess its sort of soy frozen yogurt. It has no aftertaste like most soy milk products. it's in with the ice cream and is to die for! you can find it at a lot of grocery stores and just about all natural food stores. I never had a soy ice cream that i really liked until I tried this stuff. Plus, you get a lot of protein and fiber with your ice cream, and it has no refined sugar in it. You can buy pints and quarts. Not sure if this is kosher with the link posting, if not let me know: http://www.turtlemountain.com/produc...delicious.html
