Good Morning!!
Exercise, ughhhhh! Seems like when I plan to kick it up...or actually do any at all...it backfires. So I know what you mean.
My eating wasn't horrible this week. I did use my flex points early on, which is unusal for me. Then yesterday I totally lost control. It was bad!!!!!!! I am up at least 2 pounds. Hopefully with watching what I eat today and tomarrow and chugging the water I can flush out a bit of it before my weigh in tomarrow night.
I gave an official two week notice to teh lady I babysit for. I had told her to take her time finding someone. But, she found a girl and asked me to do two days a week until the adjusted. So I said ok, then told her my last day would be March 3rd. Starting March 6th I will watch my neighbor's two year old (he'll turn three two days before my daughter) and 4 month old. Mon, Tues, Wed, I will be at her house, and Thursday, and Friday they will be at my house. Danielle will pay for food on the days the days the kids are at her house (including food for my kids) and I will pay for food the two days they are at my house. So that works out GREAT. My days will be longer, and a 4 month old is a lot more work. But, the two year old is soooooooooo different than the one I watch now. Of course he is still two, but he isn't going to physically hurt my kids. Plus three days a week I can clean my house and have it clean when I come home!!!
I am excited. It will also keep me out of the snack foods a bit I think b/c if she is buying it I am not going to eat it. I will pack my own lunch and snacks for me. I think that will help alot. I won't be able to walk alot or go out with my kids, liek I had hoped once I quit working, but I think it will be fun.
