  • I'm getting close to my goal and have a pretty busy (stressful=bad eating) month coming up so I'll make my Feb goal a modest 3 lbs.
  • I am going for 6 lbs in Feb, Ruth. I didn't see where we put how much we lost in Jan. My goal that I posted was 5 lbs and I lost 9!!!
  • Hi Ruth put me down for 10 again. Thanks.
  • Ok - I'm going to say um - 10 - only because I still have over a week left of phase one. That might be a little much - but we'll see. I'm only a few days into this so I'm not sure yet what a realistic goal is!

  • i'm going for 9, since 2 of my weeks will be in p1.
  • I'd like to commit for 4 - I haven't been so good lately. I've had sciatic problems, and I don't know about anyone else, but when i don't feel good -- "screw" dieting -- sorry - but that's how I feel. Hopefully, I will do better in February!

  • Hello everyone I will join in as well. I will make a goal of losing 5lbs. by the end of Feb. I am off to Hawaii in March to visit my son and his wife. So this extra boost of being on here may be just what I need. Today's wt. 172 lbs. thank God I am tall cause I hate that large # but it is still 2.5lbs than a few weeks ago.
  • This being my first month, I think I'll shoot for 10 pounds. I guess that's a realistic goal?
