Ok - I'm going to say um - 10 - only because I still have over a week left of phase one. That might be a little much - but we'll see. I'm only a few days into this so I'm not sure yet what a realistic goal is!
I'd like to commit for 4 - I haven't been so good lately. I've had sciatic problems, and I don't know about anyone else, but when i don't feel good -- "screw" dieting -- sorry - but that's how I feel. Hopefully, I will do better in February!
Hello everyone I will join in as well. I will make a goal of losing 5lbs. by the end of Feb. I am off to Hawaii in March to visit my son and his wife. So this extra boost of being on here may be just what I need. Today's wt. 172 lbs. thank God I am tall cause I hate that large # but it is still 2.5lbs than a few weeks ago.
