  • ooh ouchee. Bet that hurt. Its amazing how much weight you can hold on your ankles and legs, I always thought my ankles were naturally like that before I lost a bit of weight lol.

    I sympathise with the broken ankle, crutches and casts are the devils tools!!!!

    I broke mine in September, luckily didn't need plates/screws. But I have quite a lot of pain in my foot, some weeks its unbearable, so I used that as an excuse to by new boots/trainers for comfort purposes, its helped - makes note to self to buy more . I have noticed though that the one I broke is a good inch or so fatter than the other hopefully by summer the swelling with go down a bit.
