So, I had a real hard time sleeping lastnight. I'm going to try to get a nap in this afternoon...probably got about 4 hours.

Good morning/afternoon!Happy to be here,I plan on having somewhat of a good day! Ryan already went peepee on the potty!I am trying to potty train him now,I don't want a 3yr old running around in diapers,that's just not cute! lol!!although 3 is still 10 months away!
To answer your question about the divorce Tessa,up here in Canada you have to be legally seperated for 1 year before you can get divorced,and even then if you don't have all your affares in order ie;child support,marital property,etc then it just drags on. Right now,I have been seperated for 13 months,no sign of child support,and he want's all the furniture and the van.He also wants Ryan and I say he's not getting anything else from this house.Not even a toothpick!!
So,Its beautiful here in wonderful Winnipeg! +1c I am going to take Ryan outside to play for awhile today,He'll love that! and I will too!

Hi! Guess what!!!! I got ahold of that lawyer I wanted and he said he would take the case!!!!!!!!!!!! Now all I have to do is write a letter to Legal aid and put in my request for him and why I don't want my lawyer anymore and HOPE that they will approve !How am I going to sound intelligent when I write this letter?? LOL I'll send you a copy of the letter and let you read it,see how articulate I am!!
