Wow!! WHat a day!!!MY little tiny guy had such a good time trick or treating!!He even was yelling the "tick er teet"!!!I am such a proud mommy right now!!!I'm just glowing!!! Well girls,loks like I'm up 2lbs,right now I think it's ok,I'm soooo stressed I need a break. So I think this is my first comment about weight in days... hi everyone!!! .. Happy Halloween! Here in DC... I joined my sister and her sons at Boo in the Zoo and received lots of cool stuff and CANDY. But I had a plan. I knew the Whole Foods will be there so I received two bags. One bag for myself of yummy healthy snacks and apples and One bag of other stuff (bad). That bag I didnt give to my nephews but I did take them my mothers job and she put in their kitchen (I am a florist in a small shop so no need to bring it to work)

Anyways GREAT TO SEE YOU ALL!! and reading everyone's post. it is great to see this thread is going to well and YAY we are in part two!!

im here im here!........yesterday was crazy. the village was insane, the costumes were amazing. i think people thought i was a real soldier yesterday it was funny. cuz it wasnt really a "costume". my bf's father is in the national guard so i just wore his stuff. i ate candy yesterday and i was totally fine with it. It was all under control. anyway i hope all had a great halloween, i know i did. lets all get psyched for another great week of workin out and eating right. i know we can do it! look how far we've come.

wendy- dont get upset....this is gonna be a long journey with up's and downs. i went a whole month stuck in the same spot. but you guys helped me to push through. you need the same thing. take a break, and then hop back on when youre ready. but dont wait too long! stick with it girly!

listen, my bf's cousin came out with a fat burner called ENVY EXTREME. i started it yesterday. Its mild, not like anything crazy (like trimspa). so anyway if you see it on the shelves, you know where it came from. hes gonna be rich! lol

today i think im gonna clean....just clean all day until i drop....my room is disgusting. clothes and papers everywhere. i cant take it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well ladies,I'm really gettin' jiggy wit it!! Do you realize that I have only been using a computer for less than 2 months??!! I finally broke down and bought a web cam today,now I have to figure out how to use it!!!
Well,I must say I'm FREAKED OUT about tomorrow and feel like sitting on the couch with a bag of chips and a 2liter of pop,but I'm not going to because I would be upset with myself tomorrow.JUST SAY NO! .
