Again..Welcome back! I hope you stay around this time!! LOL! I was reading all your posts and a lot of it reminded me of my first marriage. It was a marriage from ****! He was very abusive & controlling. I think that's why I dated Wayne for sooooo long!! (Almost 5 years!).I wanted to make sure that he was who is really acted like. A wonderful man he is!! I think the only thing left to say along with all the others...which I truly agree to all posts....Is TO BE HAPPY!!!! You can't be a good Mom to Cat if you aren't happy! She's #1 and what will make each other happy is what you should go for!!! BIG HUGS!!

I'm so happy that you got the stitches out!! I know you can't wait until Nov.4th and be fully well with both hands! I'm sure your work does miss you. Please don't go back too early. And follow doctors orders!!!! Don't overdo it. Are you still following LC? I messed up last weekend going to Gatlinburg but got right back to OP Monday!

Sher, no need for a thank you, that's what bestest buddies are for!! I will give Steve a hug from you though. He feels like he knows all of you because I am constantly talking about everyone here on the board.

Janice, I'm glad the surgery went so well and you can get your other hand done so quickly. I have a pycho SIL that wanted both hands done at the same time! Instead her doctors told her she was "somewhat crazy" and no need for surgery at all! LOL!

I'm here!!! I'm fine, just no power. I am using Mike's business laptop. I tried the other day, but couldn't remember my password. I finally remembered my email password, so I was able to get a new one from 3FC.

We had tons of trees on our property blown down. The only problem with the house was the chimney thingie. Mike had to cover up the hole on the roof. We won't be able to use the fireplace, but then again it's been a few years since we have, anyway!

I have been cleaning the yard. It is still a mess. We had a very large pine blow down in our front yard. Fortunatly, it blew sideways and not onto the house. Mike cut most of it up yesterday. I threw all the cutup trunks over the fence and the neighborhood kids took it down on our trailer and their 4 wheeler to the trash. Our drive is still partial under water. I was 6 inches deep, but most of it has gone down. I have not been able to run, and feel quite guilty. I have only gotten in the 10 miles that I ran on Sunday. School will be out until Monday, because there is no electricity there. I plan on doing more cleanup today, then possibly running tomorrow morning. I have really wanted to save my energy for cleaning the yard. My parents got their electricity back, so I'll be going over there for a shower later on today.

Sherry-I'm glad you had a great time in Gatlinburg.

Doni, I noticed on the exercise thread you posted about doing belly dancing. Is it fun? Would like to learn but I'm too embarrassed, I can just imagine the huge rolls of belly fat wobbling around everywhere!

Shelley I am so happy that you posted. I have been worried about you. I am glad that you are all safe. Don't worry about not running with all that yard work you are doing you are burning calories. I am just glad that you are all safe.

Doni-I didn't know that you are a Days fan. I have been watching it for almost as long as it's been on. Of course, I hate it, but have to see it everyday!! I have been doing my yardwork in the mornings so that I can watch it on the tv with the generator. I usually record it everyday, so of course I haven't been able to.

Still no power. The guys were on the same block all day yesterday. I never saw them actually working. I went by 6 times and saw them sitting and talking most of those times. They told Mike that it would be restored yesterday or today. Well, it wasn't yesterday. I'm hoping for today. I took a cold shower yesterday, and it took my breath away. Today I'll be going over to my parents for a hot one.

I really like Mimi and Shawn together. I just hope that the baby is Phillips, so Mimi and Shawn can stay together. I love John and Marlena, they are my favorites. I hate the storyline right now. John needs to beat the **** out of the psycho Dr. North. I like Billie and Patrick together. I love to hate Sami and Nicole. I like Austin. I am hoping Sami and Lucas finally get back together, although the Asian girl is really sweet. I can never remember names when I am trying to. Can't think of her name right now. I don't like Bonnie, although I think having her get together with Roman would be cute. I can't stand Kate. I think they need to kill her off or something. Couldn't stand when she and John were together. I love Jack and Jenn. I love Frankie too. Always like Bo and Hope. I do like the storyline with Chelsey and the wicked stepmother. I guess I just love the whole show!!
