This thread is crazy busy!! That's good though!
Paperclippy's engaged! Yay!
Beautiful ring! I like how it's not traditional. Thanks for the idea with the veggie soup. I realized we've got a ton of frozen vegetables that have been around for awhile now. Maybe they'll be ok in soup. I guess I'll get my chef on this weekend.

Hey! This is a great place to be... welcome!Lizzie: I am amazed at people who can run. I try and it's not so much that I'm out of shape that I can't continue, but, more the fact that my knees hurt. Well, maybe one day after I'm 50 lbs less... It is kind of a dream of mine to run an 8 minute mile, being that I've only ever run a full mile the whole way once in my life! Congrats on throwing away the extra dessert. I can't ever bring myself to "waste" food, but I think that would be better for me. Just as I was wishing I was single again, I read your post and I'm glad I don't have to deal with crappy boy confusion anymore. Wait a sec, I have a husband, of course I deal with crappy boy confusion! Just on a different level.
Will it never end?! I hope you win out in the end!Sugarbutt: I went bowling this weekend too! You did better than I--my goal was to break 100 and I was almost there, until the last frame when I got 2 gutters!!!
Fae:
That is so awesome for others to recognize your loss! I can't wait for the day I can say the same! And don't worry--you're not the only one without a cell phone. I still don't have one and sometimes I feel like I'm the only one in the world. **PS to all, if you have a cell phone, HANG UP when driving! I almost got hit not once, but twice Friday by people on the phones!**Jilly & Sugarbutt: I'm sorry that you're having freaky dreams. I don't think I'd be able to fall asleep again or be alone if I had a dream like that! I agree with Lizzie that our dreams are frequently (but not always) our brain's way of working through stuff. I've also heard it said (from Dr. Abbott on Everwood) that dreams are just neurological refuse. Totally agreed with most of the dreams I have. I hope tonight you each have peaceful sleep.
Gammagirl: I had to cut back on weighing myself everyweek because I allowed it to control my emotions too much.
I do every other week. It also looks cooler when you've had a consistent loss for a couple weeks -- it looks larger when you do everyother week instead of every week. Just remember, it's not about a number, it's more about how you feel in your clothes. As for me, I've not been doing as well with not overeating the past few days, but today so far I'm back on track! My happiest news is that last night I finished my summer quarter at school!
I can have a social life now! I took one too many classes and just about wanted to kill myself from stress, but it's over, and I did okay. Next quarter, a little more laid back, starts Oct 3, so I can chill out, do some scrapbooking, and finally, clean my house after almost 10 weeks!
Ewww!Well, here's to all of you, I hope you all have a wonderful day!

And right now I'm ill because I'm anxiously awaiting the new Nokia 6102 phone from Cingular and they still haven't gotten it in yet...I spent my whole lunch hour dealing with them.
If they still don't have it after work today I'm going to declare a jihad on them! (LOL...sorry, don't mean to offend anyone if there are Muslims on board...I was just reading about the jihad declared on Burger King so I've been trying to come up with something...

), but not great (I had a three musketeers bar yesterday!
