  • Friday: 30 minute lunch walk & 60 minute bike commute.
    Saturday: 60 minutes aquacize, 40 minute walk
  • did my yoga routine and walked a mile with Millie (my dog)
  • two miles with Tory this morning.
  • Sunday: 45 minute walk
    Monday: 30 minute walk, 60 minute bike commute, 30 minute walk

  • Yesterday: 30 minute walk to school and 25 minute walk back from school. (I took an unintended detour on the way there.)
    So far today: 25 minute back from school. (Had a ride there.)
  • took millie for a walk and then lifted some weights
  • Today: 30 minute walk, 60 minute bike commute, 60 minutes aquacize
  • Tuesday Part 2: Walked 25 minutes and 45 minutes of Nia (freeformish low impact aerobic dance).

  • All of last week involved a lot of walking while toodling around town and working at a convention where the convention centre hallways are verrryyyyy looooong - so I am counting that as last week's exercise.
  • 70 minutes of light yoga.
  • Conditioning with cheerleaders yesterday for an hour.
