I read the 'slug poo' story this morning and about sprayed my coffee all over the screen! Oh geez...I got the willies just thinking about slugs in my hair. I'm originally from Washington State - home of MONSTER slugs...I can't tell you how many times I've gone barefoot only to have slug remains in between my toes after I stepped on the disgusting things. I haven't seen a slug in over 8 years since i've been in Nebraska...one thing I don't miss from home.

I didn't get enough veggies today...sigh. No transportation and not a vegetable in the house...not even canned. As soon as DBF got home from work we went grocery shopping...just got home, sheesh. I did buy some 'emergency' canned veggies cuz it's so hard to keep fresh in the house for more than a few days at a time.

I gotta say that when I first started this I remember posting how much I HATE exercise. Well, I've worked out 9 days in a row now and can honestly tell you that the hate is no longer there! It's amazing...I actually look forward to getting up and going for it. Who woulda thought?

Sil...I actually know what spotted dick is...it is a pudding type dish/dessert. I learned that from Kept on VH-1. Where mick Jaggers ex is lookin for a man to "Keep"! They had to cook dinner (the men) and that was on the menu! And DH doesn't think I learn anything watchin tv! lol

I'm at my Mom's. I'm waitin on my niece to get here who was on her way 2 hours ago but seems to have gotten sidetracked!

It was a busy day at work. This new contract we just started is a whole lot of work tryin to get all the electrical booklets together and stuff. I just really hate that I have to miss all the fun on Monday! lol I will be here til monday cause I have to go give my deposition for the accident I had 2 years ago. Now that they finally did the knee surgery I am hopin we can finally settle this thing. It seems i just have to learn to live with it. Ugh!

Well ladies y'all are probably raisin the roof on the hen house about now! lol Just keep it down in the a.m. causin I'll be havin my nap time! lol
