    Hi everyone. I'm new to 3FC, and SBD. I joined SBD in April 2005. So far so good. I want to work on my exercising. Does cleaning count towards the minutes? I clean for a friend of mine. If not I'll get rid of the cleaning minutes and change my goal.

    June 4 - 0 min of organized exercise....but I did use the stairs as much as possible on my rounds.

    June 7 - 15 min stretch-abs-60 min water aerobics=75 min
    June 8 - 60 min swimming-30 min treadmill-45 min weights(lower body) & abs=135 min
    June 9 - 60 min yard work-30 min walk-60 min water aerobics=150 min
    June 10 - 35 min treadmill-45 min weights(upper body)=80 min

    June 14 - 45 min swimming in the river...brrr- 60 min water aerobics=105 min
    June 15 - 35 min treadmill-60 min weight(lower body)=95 min
    June 16 - 0 min (I wasn't feeling well)
    June 17 - 0 min (ditto)
    June 18 - 2 hrs of yard work=120 min

  • WOW, all of you are awesome! I can't believe all the cardio and variety!
    I've been keeping track of my activity in fitday... I'm passed my goal...
    I walked 41 miles, 1178 minutes.... I need to start adding weight training or better aerobics... that will be a type of goal for me in July i think!
