  • WOW thanks so much for all the welcomes! Great to be here. So far this morning lol I have done nothing but I am on the move as soon as I type this to go walk a mile (WATP), get the kiddo moving and have some breakfast.

  • Bleh. I majorly pigged out on Sunday night when I caved in and let Jeff order a pizza. See, having worked at Pizza Hut for a few years, it just isn't as appealing to me as it used to be so luckily I can live without it. But I jumped at the chance for the buffalo chicken pizza, as it's a limited time deal and my absolute favorite! Sigh. I miss the buffalo chicken sandwich from Subway. . . that would probably help my fix. Oddly enough, I don't really care for actual buffalo wings, LOL! At any rate, we shouldn't have gotten the pan crust; I know first-hand how much oil they add to those. . . and all those simple carbs, yikes!

    So when I weighed myself yesterday morning I didn't see much of a change. Could have been a lot worse!

    I'm gonna have stir-fry and a salad for lunch today.
