Can I just curl up in a corner and die quietly? My joints hurt, my back hurts, I'm so tired I don't know whether to scratch my watch or wind my @ss...whah, whah, whah...

Got my prelim bloodwork back...my total cholesterol has dropped from 233 to 200..vast improvement...and all my #s are within 'normal' range except my trigycerides which have skyrocketed to 597 What the FRASS is that all about?????

The only thing I don't know yet is something called an ANA...antinuclear antibody...don't ask...it's a mystery...

But I've made an appointment with my regular doc for Friday after work...hopefully he can help.

I think it's a sign that I'm working too much.

Your right, i'm not getting the calcium in. I know we can have ffmilk but i guess i don't like drinking it without a cookie. I looked at the list again and saw where I could have yogurt. I don't know if I can eat the plain but i'll try.
I've been doing great on my water, getting way over 64 oz each day.

Another question -
Peanut Butter - I purchase the natural peanut butter and there is no way I can eat that.. Can I eat the Jiff Lowfat peanut butter instead?

Humus - I"m thinking I read we could have that. When I look at the ones at the store it was a "Atheno" brand, it had 5gr of sugar. Is that acceptable? Seemed like alot to me.

Bami - I wish we could go to the space museum but we are always in a stinkin hurry. We stay just outside Montgomery. I'm sure you don't talk slow. But it usually takes me about two days to get on southern time in Florida. I'm naturally hyper so that makes it even worse. Take pictures of your kitchen when it's done. I love to see house re-do's. Oh and by the way - Ed McMann is coming to my house this year. Sorry!

My day is almost over - I should have read my horror scope for today because I'm sure it was a doozy! But the good news is that I stayed OP all day and I'm starting to come out of the carb withdrawl coma.
