Last check-in before bedtime. I did a Beachgal thing and had a salad in a serving bowl tonight, along with a very small steak and a small serving of pinto beans (there are still tons left -- I did them in the c rock pot and had two servings today -- maybe help with the, um, problems). Also ran today for the first time in a couple weeks, as the weather is easing up. I am feeling pretty good. Just made a "mocha" ricotta creme with a splash of leftover coffee from the AM rather than the elusive espresso powder. Pretty good.

Anyway I am off to read before bed. TTFN!

Well it rained all day so we stayed home cause Mom didn't want to get out in the mess. Tomorrow we are getting out period! I told her we have been couped up tooooo long! lol DH is in there workin on that stinkin wallpaper!Looks like we are gonna have to skeen the walls. Oh what a mess! I am not dusting until we are finished! lol If god was still makin us from the dust he could have a small army from my diningroom table! lol Well I am off to bed I hope! I have not been sleepin real good although I did sneak in a nap today before I fell over and I enjoyed that! I was up at 4 this morning for no reason! Have a good evening all!
