Hello chicks just checking in before bed. I had a very busy day. My friend and I have been working on the books for Home and school to pass on to the next executive and we have a difference that we have been searching for, for 2 days and still can't find it. we took dd and her best friend and oldest dd out for supper to Jungle Jims for their birthday OP is was not. Well I need to get off to bed as I have to teach my first dance class of the season early in the morning. I think I am ready. Check in with ya all tomorrow if I get the chance. dd is having 8 little chickies over for a birthday sleepover. Yahoo.

Hi, Chickies, I finally make it back! No, I wasn't on a vacation again, but this stupid computer of mine decided to take one! For about 2 weeks it wouldn't let me get on the Internet, and no one was available to help me figure out what was wrong! Beleive it or not, I figured out how to get to my Quick Help Menu and followed the instructions there, and it worked! My SIL says that this computer has a lot of junk in it, and he's going to install a new hard-drive in it next week and we'll see if that alleviates most of my problems.
Anyway, I have a lot of catching up to do with you gals. I've been back on Phase 1 for the past 2 weeks, and staying pretty much OP. I've lost about 9 or 10 lbs, so I'm happy about that! The Labor Day weekend was pretty tough, tho. We had a wedding, a birthday party, AND the family BBQ. I was doing OK til Mom brought her rhubarb pie, that's my absolute favorite! And of course I had to have it with the homemade ice cream! So I stayed on Phase 1 a bit longer to work that off.
I fojund a great recipe for "potato salad" made with cauliflower instead of potatoes, and it's really delicious. I'll try to post it tomorrow. It was in our local Curves newsletter along with a recipe for a pizza casserole that we liked better than the one in the SB cookbook, so I'll post that one too.
Well, its getting late, so I'm going to bed. I'm just so glad I could finally get online again.
