  • Good morning ladies,

I apologize in advance for posting #30 and not starting a new thread. Time to dash off to work.

I'm reporting a maintain for the week. I'm trying not to be slightly P.O'd at myself and will try to remember for me being at home for four days and not gaining is an improvement over past behavior.

Thin! The challenge was to lose 1 so you did great.

Remember - this is not about failure! Lose or gain, WE will NOT be discouraged and give up!

  • Hey girls! After having a horrible-bad-naughty- weekend.. I've decided to strive even harder this week to make up for my bad choices I'm striving to work out at least once every day the rest of this week (twice if possible), amping up my intake of water, eating healthier again, and just catching up over all. Time to get back on track!

I've really started to focus on my foods and I'm trying to really pay attention to what I should and shouldn't be eating. Do any of you know any good websites that really help you to learn what you should and shouldn't be eating overall? I'm not much of a meat-eater, but today while reading the nutrition label of my veggie burgers - the sodium seemed like such a high number! I don't know if I'm just unfamiliar with the amounts of sodium found in things, but lord it seemed like a lot. I'd like to watch out more for these types of things. So any links would be nice

Have a good evening everyone! I'm going to start that working out
