Hey ladies, how are you today? Well, I am done beating myself up over my 1600 calories yesterday--I didn't binge..so I am just getting over it and moving on...
Well so far today I have had 300 calories--a cup of berry cheerios with a half cup of soy milk and a glass of fresh orange juice and I am feeling stronger than yesterday. I am just glad I didn't have any binge foods last night or I would have really gone overboard. It's hard being a "house spouse", even though it's by choice and most of the time I like it, but being home all day without much to do makes it harder to stay away from temptations...
maybe I'll do some much needed cleaning, get my mind off food for a while!! I am trying to replace my food addiction with other "addictions" (like this site, I am on it constantly!)...
The first week is always the hardest for me, but I am over the halfway hump...

grrrrr had my first gain since 3-11 only 1/2 pound but a big disapointment.
dont want to start slipping up. Got to work extra hard now.
will do more walking and a little tae bo
