I will go spa-ing if I don't get in a mood this weekend. Because in my moody state I can't get enough energy up to move off the couch. I've been getting in a mood quite often lately. All the guys here at work are talking about depression and anxiety attacks and stuff. It must be the dark winter blahs. Did you know that they can tell if you're depressed by a blood test now? Anyway, that's what Guy #1 here says.
I think I should name the guys like Plain Jane does her co-workers. There would be Re-marrying Guy, Familyman Guy, Smallmansyndrome Guy, and Living-with-an-older-woman Guy. Then of course, DS Guy and DH Guy.
Cherry, I was just kiddin' about the eye lift. I think I'm done with surgical procedures for quite some time. Although it was a good excuse to take some time off work. That tells you exactly how fulfilling my work is.
I finished
Shutter Island. It was good, but not quite as good as
Mystic River by the same author. Then I also finished
In Her Shoes which was good, but again not as good as
Good In Bed also by Jennifer Weiner. Seems to be the rule. Either that or I have inflated expectations when reading a book by an author that I have already read and liked. Now I'm reading
The Lovely Bones which I'm loving so far.
Cherry, what kind of fiction do you plan on writing? Any particular genre?
Bagzie, how are the margies going? Tipsy yet?

I think if DH is going to be fishing all weekend, he should take me out to dinner tonight.
I re-read this post and it sounded like yakityyakityyakityyakmememememe. I'm losing it and I don't mean weight. Have a good weekend, my lovelies. I think I should skip dinner and hit the margies too. And did I tell you DD and her boyfriend broke up and I have an unconsolable 23 yr old at home this weekend along with a 20 year old with tonsilitis and a 102 degree fever? Gotta go. have eye doc appt.
