I truly would not have recognized you in your "befores" -- you look like two different people. Congratulations! WOW! Whay a great way to start the day!

I am so glad that I've finally taken the time to look through all the new pics. Everyone has done such a marvelous job!

I would like to see the photo albums in a very prominent place here at 3fC so people who come wandering in could see for themselves it can be done. I know it was the photo albums of 2 very special ladies that blew my socks off last June when I found 3FC. And from then on, I was committed and determined that 'if they could do it, so can I!'

I love looking at photos, so keep 'em coming! CONGRATULATIONS to ALL!

Thanks Ladies! Somedays I still see the 340 lb woman in the mirror but when I look at the before and after pics I can see the difference!

I know what you mean, it's hard to "retire" those old images, but all we see is the slim, terrific, new you!

I know the feeling, Julie. I still see the "fat girl" in the mirror too, even though the pics say a different thing. Wonder why that is??

Ahh well...I'll just make my mirror one big pic instead. hahahaha
