    Hello All,

    I am so depressed ! Went to WI last night.... +5.3 ! I was not that bad this week....was on program...no exercise though ! I almost cried ! (TOM ~ is over....still very emotional)

    I could fathom a 1 or 2 lb gain....but geez 5.3 ! I have no idea what is going on. Leader was very sympathetic...blamed on my clothes, water, etc.

    I am on track today....going to the gym after work. I need to get my but in gear....I don't know what else to do.

    The good thing is...I don't feel like eating (my good side affect of being depressed :-) )

    I like the idea of keeping track of the groups weighloss ! I can create a spreadsheet and update it weekly and post it here )

    Everyone can PM me with their stats...

    ps...I'm addicted to Diet Pepsi and Pepsi 1 !

    Don't get too discouraged. A 5 pound gain is a little strange. I'm sure your leader was right about clothes, water, etc. You were prob still bloated from PMSing or something. I'm sure next week will show that things were just off balance this week.

    Cool about updating a total weight loss spreadsheet.
