Hi, all! Coming down from the holiday rush. Kids still home and house needs to be put back in order. Ugh. I am currently in Week 7 of C25K. I hope to do another day tomorrow. We shall see. I stayed away from baked goods the entire week, but did overeat at meals, so.... I'm staying away from the scale until later this week when maybe I can shake some of the bloat off and get back on track.
