You can get fat-free Greek yogurt in Europe now but generally it definitely isn't.
We have a variety of different fat contents available to us in all pre-packaged dairy (except butter of course - there is full fat and one type of "light" which is full fat with a bunch of air whipped into it to lower the cals), greek yogurt included. I have 1% and 5 % fat content greek yogurt in my fridge right now. It's not really 1% or 5% by volume. Not sure how they figure it out.
I tend to buy 1% everything dairy - milk, yogurt, cottage cheese. I can't abide no fat (skim milk is bluish in colour

) but the 1% seems to be quite satisfying.
