  • Sunday Scale Tale
Weight today: 136, the same as last Monday, which was my first weigh-in on the new scale. Disregarding last Sunday's weight as far as my weekly data. So this is basically a maintain for the week and happy with that.

Calorie week wasn't too bad and was lower than it has been in some time, so that is good.

I have stopped gaining weight. The next goal is to be in 135ish Land next week.

  • Good maintenance and calories week, Sage!
  • Thanks, Aria!

*Started the week with less than last Sunday's cals, that is a positive.
  • Calories 09/7/15: 1680

Exercise: 8,100+ steps; 15 min. calisthenics
  • Feeling good about yesterday's calorie level (1680, posted above), which signaled the successful kickoff of a fun little personal calorie challenge I am doing for the rest of September to eat in the 1600s or below. Today is Day 2. I won't be posting about this again as the daily numbers will speak for themselves.
  • Calories 09/8/15: 1910

Exercise: 5,000+ steps; 15 min. calisthenics; 15 min. weights

Went over my calorie challenge but will just keep going.
  • Dropping the idea of a September challenge limited to 1600 cals, just going to slog on as best I can. Was unwell yesterday and earlier today (better tonight) very stressed about some things and all that angst manifested itself as, you guessed it, excess calories. Nevertheless, the intent to reach my goal is stronger than ever and sooner or later, when least expected it will manifest itself. In the meantime, getting the cals lower is the focus.

    Calories 09/9/15: 2220

Exercise: 3,800+ steps; 10 min. calisthenics
  • "...just going to slog on as best I can."

The idea is to get going.
Can always add a little pressure later, when less stressed.
