Only carbs on my burger was the bun, 18 carbs, and my fries, i only had 6 or 7 which was about 10 carbs, total of 28 carbs. Not to bad for a off plan day.. i had sausage egg and cheese at work 0 carb and didnt have time for lunch.. Running all day on 3 hours of sleep. When i got home i had 2 hours to eat get a shower and go to bed to be at work again at 2:30 in the morning..I thought support was helping each other through the good days and bad days..
    No one has to respond to this post.. I felt like i needed to explain my day... I almost wanted to just give up on this forum, but i know that wouldnt help me none.. So i dicided it would be better to just explain.. Sorry if i offended anyone..
    No one should be offended and you don't have to explain yourself, we all fall off the wagon but the key is to get back on, jump over to daily accountability if you like we support each other there.

    Any way we do this, we are still trying to lose weight and be healthier... We all need to stay strong and jump the hurtles that get in our way. turning around and quiting is not an option. We all here have tryed very hard to get to where we are.. We all can be strong and do this.. I am going to stay in this challenge till someone wins.. Best of luck to us all...
