  • Throughout the time I was losing weight I ate my 26 points and usually about 25 to 30 of my weekly points. I tended to "front load" them to the beginning of the WW week and usually didn't go above 29 or so the later part of the week.

    During my weight loss period, I averaged about half a pound a week.
  • Started at 40 down to 38; I try not to use my extra point for the week or my Activity point.
