My weaknesses are (social) anxiety and insecurity/low self-esteem. And the more I work on these weaknesses and improve the more weight I lose. This journey has been 300% mental for me.
And i would resort to PLAN B!!!No desire to pass on rapist genes or sociopaths tendencies in my prodigy. My best friend ended up being a TOTAL BACK STABBER and she was like that too...I guess it's really true.....?
Eating while I work-I work after my family has gone to bed and then get up about the time they are ready for lunch or even later. I made a bunch of healthy tv dinners last night and put them in the freezer to eat instead of hitting the junk food cabinet.
Macaroni and cheese-I LOOOOVE macaroni and cheese.
