  • Thank you all for joining my one week thread.
    It has been my one week and I have not been POP that much. I am down 1/2 pound. More importantly I have learned some things along the way. Progress not perfection. I want to enjoy life and not do a diet race. Slow and steady. Baby steps do lead to real change. It is a struggle to stay motivated when you are in a happy place in life. I do know good health will make me even happier. I really need the support here to stay aware of my eating, habits, weight...

    You can keep this thread going if you wish but I am going to join Judy over in the lifeboat thread. It is the same as this except as it goes for 10 days at a time. I do just as well over there. I started this thread to see if I could push myself for a week like I did when I started this journey. Guess I'm a bit more mellow now. Onward and downward.
