  • hey there ! for those of you asking me......... if this is available in other parts of canada.... if you are on FACEBOOK, search up PRO ENERGY... i just took a look and they are mentioning locations like Winnipeg etc, so it appears they are in the west. Perhaps contact them via that method ? Just an idea
  • My clinic did not have any protocol sheets as of yet but they will have a booklet available. I asked her about the maintenance program and was told that you slowly increase carbs but the main idea is that your counting carbs. I think she said you count 4-5 days and don't count 2-3. Can't remember what the target was for maintenance though.
  • I'm interested in the Pro Energy.....looks like it's only in Canada. I sent an e-mail to the company. Anyone have any follow up ? Thanks,
  • I emailed as well and have not heard back from them.
  • From their FB page, it looks like Winnipeg is the farthest West they have clinics...

May I suggest if no replies are coming in, just call them? and what about shipping? do they ship to farther west for you ?
  • I just checked out their website. They are in Edmonton!
  • Anyone still following this program? My IP clinic switched to Pro Energy. I loved me coach and would like to stick with her, but I also know IP like the back of my hand and know that it works.
  • Quote: This company also has an offer on the site that you can have all the products made into private label with your company' same/brand on them... I think that MANY of the products we see on line, at Nashua and other lesser known sites/brands are manufactured by the same company and made into private labels. I have noticed in several "brands" that the pictures are often the same as on better-known brands, and sometimes even the box colors are the same!
In some cases, yes. In others, no. Check the ingredients. Some of the WLS stuff has actual sugar in, as opposed to the stevia/sucralose that IP uses. Although the carbs, calories, fat and protein come out similarly, the sugar-base means that you will produce a stronger insulin reaction rather than the lower GI sweeteners.
  • Pro energy diet - does any one have the meal plan for the phases
  • Quote: omg this is good stuff and it appears its a copy of IP ?? and cheaper..today is day ONE
How much cheaper per box? Thanks

Based on the product photos on the boxes, it looks like the Pro Energy line of products is the same as the HealthSmart and Weight Loss Systems products that many of us in the US order from Nashua Nutrition! I know Nashua is expensive to ship in canada so that's a great source if you want to use Alternative products instead of IP products! Many of us lose VERY successfully following the IP plan using off-brand products
  • Would love a copy of the meal plan

If you are going to follow the Ideal Protein Protocol, the meal plan sheets are located in the FAQ sticky thread that is at the top of the forum.
