    Breakfast at Denny's man was that a mistake!!! runny egss with uncooked veggies in my eggs, and there was definitely NO cheese in them. But I ate my 2 pcs of bacon and 2 pcs of sausage

    Lunch: bowl of broccoli, and 3oz chicken

    Supper: taco salad

    Snacks, 1 boiled egg and 2 oz cheddar cheese

    Not a good eating day, however I did stay op. Didnt get enough water in I'll do better tomorrow.

    Lunch:
    Salad Romain 3.0 gm
    Dressing Cesars 1.0 gm

    Pickle Dill 0 gm
    Horseradish Cheese 0 gm
    Total: 4 gm

    Snack:
    Cheesecake 3.2 gm

    Dinner:
    Pork Chops 0 gm
    Cauliflower 1.5 gm
    Portabello Mushrooms 1.0 gm
    Atkins Cream Sauce 1 Tbls = 1.0 gm
    Total: 3.5

    Grand Total: 18.1 gm

    DOWN 5 LBS THIS WEEK!

    Must be the "canadian" version is higher carb??? Is that possible? I checked by box again says 1.1 carbs per 15 ml (which is one tablespoon in "canadian". Will have to check alternate brands next time I am shopping! (I have become an avid label reader).

    Robin, sorry to hear about your Denny's disappointment - sound like the dish I usually order (is it called the sunshine slam: scrambled eggs w/cheddar, onions, peppers, tomato? hold the toast/hash browns). I usually do enjoy it!
