The one support group ole Alvn & I went to use a panel of post-op patients. There were four panel members and they were all four in differnt spots of their journey, from a newbie to one who had already recovered from the skin graphs and was tiny!! They gave topic for the night in advance (I think the one we went to was on self esteem and the changes you go through)
The moderator gave the audience time to WRITE out their questions, the she would choose the ones that seemed to partain to the subject most and ask the question to each of the panel members. It was very intresting to hear the different answers from the different spots. You might want to try something like that.
