Cardio/weight training tonight. Did some new stuff on the TRX. It was awkward at first, but I finally got the hang of it. (Oh my...that's almost a pun!) I still freeze up when I have to drop my full weight from the straps. My hands aren't strong enough to fully hold myself, so I was struggling to find the right place to put my feet for support. So glad I don't do this stuff in a big gym with lots of people watching.
