    Saturday: 45 minutes swimming + 2 hours walking
    Sunday: 45 minutes swimming + 45 minutes walking

  • Cardio/weight training tonight. Did some new stuff on the TRX. It was awkward at first, but I finally got the hang of it. (Oh my...that's almost a pun!) I still freeze up when I have to drop my full weight from the straps. My hands aren't strong enough to fully hold myself, so I was struggling to find the right place to put my feet for support. So glad I don't do this stuff in a big gym with lots of people watching.

  • Only got to participate in half an hour of Pilates tonight. Had to do some officey things. But afterwards, I walked for an hour and did some heavy lifting.

  • The studio was closed since Friday afternoon. I forgot to add Friday's exercise (cardio, weights and Pilates), did nothing while the studio was closed, but went back to it for cardio and weights tonight. Felt so good!
