  • CONGRATULATIONS!!
  • Quote: You look amazing!! Congrats congrats!! and you kept your curves!! Any tips on what you did?? I feel like the more I work out my body isn't losing weight proportionally =/

Congrats on getting to your goal!! This is so motivating for me esp bc we're the same height!!
i was a calorie counting.. i dont count anymore.. because i have it down pat on what I eat now.

I am a vegan now; however, i will eat outside of it if i have a taste for meat. I use to workout everyday for 2-3 hrs a day and most was within cardio!

Cardio is the key to losing weight and weight lifting is the key to build muscle.
I lost my weight from doing cardio and eating healthier. Carbs are evil to my body; so i took out a lot of crabs. i notice that i could eat just about anything and would not gain; until i started eating crabs! I do eat a lot of fat free products and I do not gain from eating them. But my main dishes consist of vegetables. I also love peanut butter and I eat it everyday! I found a peanut butter that was 100 cal for 2 teaspoons and 20 % in fat.

However, now that i lost weight, i workout 2 days at the gym and workout at home everyday for 1 hr and jog around the mall 3 days a week.

You must find out what foods work for you and what foods make you gain.
Once you find out what foods make you gain; kick them out and keep the foods that you don't gain from.

For me. Oatmeal, grits, bread (any type), protein bars, cereal bars, cakes, donuts and certain chips and cookies make me gain. Therefore I had to kick them out of my life!

however, again.. there is nothing wrong with treating yourself!

If you're truly a curvy; you will still have your curves even while losing. My hips are a 41 and there not going anywhere!
  • thanks so much ladies and best of luck to you all! Keep your heads high because you can do it!
