My parents turn the heater up to 68 in the evening, but down to 62 at bedtime. Personally, I'm just comfortable at 70 and don't need a blanket or anything.

Our house tends to be at around 59, might go up to 62-65 with the heating on, which we get for a few hours in the evening. No wonder I'm always so cold!

I'm jealous of not using a blanket at 70 degrees! It'd have to be around 80 before I'd need no blanket. At 68-70, I have 2 blankets, wearing a tank, pants and sometimes socks. If I'm feeling particularly chilly, I'll go to bed wearing a sweat shirt and take it off in the middle of the night.

I am comfortable in winter, if the temp in the living room is 63. At night, it goes down to about 59. DH is always too hot, he wears shorts and tee and no socks when I am in jeans, shirt, sweatshirt, socks/shoes, and a blanket in our chairs!!

I can get really cold hands, too. I shook hands with someone after we had been outside for a while, and the look on that man's face was both shock and revulsion DH calls me a Whitewalker with these cold hands

Between 70-72 during the day if I am home in the winter, at night the heat goes down to about 60-65. During the summer months I keep the air on 76

In the winter, we keep the living room and kitchen around 72 during the day but the heat is set down to 55 starting at about 8 pm. We keep the bedroom doors shut and the vents closed so it's always cool in there. My husband's room (yes, separate rooms, we're both snore monsters) is at about 50 at night. Mine hovers around 60 to 65, even after the heat is shut down. We both sleep better in cooler rooms although his I consider to be a bit extreme. However, the guy cannot sleep in a warm room.

In the summer, the main room temps are still 72. My bedroom stays the same temp as the rest of the house. My husband has a small window air conditioner in his room and he cranks that down to 60-65.

It's usually about 68. I'm always freezing though. If I had my own place and enough money, I would have no problem having it at least 75...especially during these Minnesota winters!

I keep my apartment at 72 night and day. However, my mom keeps her house at 60-63! When I go home for the holidays, I'm absolutely freezing! But she has hot flashes (and it is her house, after all), so I just pile on five or six blankets and huddle as far into my bed as possible. Brrr!
