    And strictly in that order! Beer is not (just) for breakfast (any more).
  • Mmmmmm beeerrrr Totally miss it. But...wheat, gluten.

    B: juiced half a cantelope, 2 kiwi, strawberries and a grapefruit
    L: GF english muffin with pb...look, this thing was disgusting. I got them for my daughter cus hey, gf egg mcmuffins, right? She can keep those things. Nasty.
    D: grilled chicken breast in a huge bowl of spinach and cukes and balsalmic.

    It was a crazy day, breakfast was at 9, lunch at 3, then dinner at 6. Unfortunately I caved, counted out another serving of bbq baked lays then tossed the entire bag in the trash. The male type is O.o Kids went to church so we just fended for ourselves with leftovers.
  • Angihas2- They do make wheat/gluten free beer, just sayin'.

    B- Buttermilk pancakes (1/3c dry mix with water) with 2 tbsp strawberry preserves.
    S- Small banana
    L- 1 med boiled potato with 1/4c gravy and green beans mixed in 1/2c cottage cheese.
    D- Around 2 oz chicken and a ton of spinach with a mixture of 1 tbsp greek yogurt and 2 tbsp light alfredo spread inside a huge tortilla wrap, topped with 1 piece of light string cheese then cooked in skillet as a quesadilla (normally do this as a pizza but didn't feel up to it tonight.)
    S- 1 square of lindt's white coconut
    S- 1 c raisin bran with 1/4c milk with some splenda and cinnamon
  • B- Egg beaters with diced black forest ham and cheese on tortilla wrap.
    S- Frozen peaches, apple sauce, strawberry preserves, greek yogurt and some water to make a smoothie.
    L- Tuna sandwich and small salad with cottage cheese.
    D- Chicken with avocado "alfredo" bow-tie pasta and steamed green beans.
    S- 1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal with 1 tbsp cocoa powder and some cinnamon/splenda.
