    Splenda does not contain aspartame, and that article doesn't claim that it does. Splenda is a brand name for sucralose, which is totally different from aspartame.

  • I'm using truvia in my coffee and have cut out diet soda. I have noticed the difference in my huger now that I'm not drinking 3 diet sodas a day.
  • Artificial sweeteners are poison IMO. I wouldn't touch any of them. Sugar isn't much better really. Your best bet is to cut it out. Your taste buds will eventually recover from the overload and you won't miss it.
