  • Hey ladies,
    today was pretty OP for me, ate about my calorie goal but took a rest day exercise wise. I did walk 3 miles though! at least thats something! hopefully this week will zoom by like the past few have. so ready for thanksiving holiday, anyone else?

  • My scale is moving the wrong direction, but I'm staying on plan which is more important to me now. I may have misinterpreted what my maintenance weight wants to be.

  • My check-in dates will be on Wednesday as this correlates with another challenge. Right now I am 227.8, but had my cheat day yesterday, so will hopefully be in a good place by Wednesday!
  • Weighed in today at 206.2
    That's a gain of .2 pounds, which is a lot less than I was expecting after the past couple of days.
  • I've decided to have Tuesdays be my weigh-in day, since it's my rest day from half-marathon training, and will be easier to remember. BTW: Way to go, Enygirl!

  • Hey everyone! Hope today was a great day for everybody. It's cold and windy here, perfect hibernation weather! I have bad PMS and have been STARVING all day even though I've had lots of protein and good veggies. TOM makes my stomach a bottomless pit. So I'm planning on going over my calorie budget for the day with healthy stuff just so I don't go nuts. It's too hard to ignore ravenous hunger like that! Anyone else experience crazy hunger caused by hormones? I mean I would literally eat ANYTHING right now, even foods I typically don't crave like eggs or meat...

    Stupid hormones! OH well. I feel like I am not binging or anything because I am actively letting myself eat a little extra to be satisfied. anyone else do that sometimes?

    i did bad math, lol. i was hoping to lose 5 lbs this month which makes my goal 181.5!
  • Wednesdays are my weigh in day, and I was pleased to find that after 1 week, I'm down 8lbs! I'm currently sitting at 290lbs. Since my goal for November was originally 10lbs, I'm thinking I should push myself and really make this month count. So I'm going to extend my goal to 20 pounds- which would bring me to 278. Fingers crossed I can keep going!
